Все без исключений используют обс, нативное разрешение и фреймрейт потому как другие бесполезны, ну и битрейт уже выбираешь сам в зависимости от того, сколько ресурсов памяти у тебя имеется. Ютуб всё равно пережмёт это всё, можешь погуглить до каких конкретных значений, но смысл задирать планку выше есть - лучше останется после обработки ютубом. 20к хватает с потолком для большинства вот такого заурядного контента. В основном тут решает постобработка, ну а это уже дело наживное и приходит с опытом.
