I got to know about Anthony Ramos when I first saw him in the transformers trailer, and by that I mean just his name and I'd never heard of Marc Summers until I watched this podcast. I watched it because I saw it was reposted on transformersofficial so I thought that I'd give it a shot to basically get to know more about the movie, but now I'm glad this was about him only. Reason being, getting to know about Anthony Ramos I related to him almost instantaneously as I found him much similar to me on many grounds in terms of background and life, and even more because I aspire to be an actor myself. So now when I watch the new movie, for me that'd be Anthony Ramos in and as Anthony Ramos and I'd relate to the character more than I ever could have and as I move forward on my own journey to become an actor at every step Anthony Ramos would be someone I'd always look up to. Thank you Marc Summers for putting this out and as I got to know about him and his life and the impact he has had on people, as much as I wish I'd seen all his work and known him before just like he quoted people did where he first met Anthony Ramos, I'm glad I got to know him for making this. Lots of love and respect for both of them and I just hope this message reaches out to both of them and my one wish is that I hope one day I'm able to tell them the same personally not as the person I am right now but as the one I aspire to be.

I gotta be honest I've never known much about him aside from his role in A Star Is Born until I saw In The Heights in which he was really good! I also enjoy his music. I appreciate his honesty about his life & his experiences in the industry and I like that he doesn't try to sugarcoat anything. I grew up very similarly to Anthony, both grew up in the projects in basically the same kind of hood I was more in Ave of Puerto Rico but it's all the same vibe & it's not easy. I like how hyper-focused he is on the things he wants & does what it takes to get the opportunities. It sucks that he gets hate because he seems like a decent guy. I wish him lots of success.
