She is also like 5 foot and 42kg, but even if she was 420kg or 4200kg, it wouldn't be any different. Matsumoto can easily extend her zanpakuto in a lateral raise away from her body when it weighs tons. That's a female lieutenant who doesn't rely on physical combat much, and she can likely lift thousands of tons or more in general. Imagine a male captain, who is physically and every ability wise much superior to her. Bleach characters have very few direct lifting strength feats I get it, but their strikes bringing down the environment around them and slicing through massive organisms like hollows tell you all you need to know about physical stats. Also the fact that Chad, who could lift many tons as a human teenager with no powers, doesn't even break close to that captain strength even in Fullbring. Least not until TYBW, if we're getting any fights feats for him
