Amazing peach cake recipe

Ingredients:
🔹3 Eggs
🔹1 Cup Cane Sugar
🔹1/4 Tbsp Vanilla extract
🔹1/3 Cup of Sunflower Oil
🔹1/3 Cup of Milk (I used Almond Milk)
🔹2 Cups of sifted Flour
🔹1/3 Cup Baking Powder
How to prepare it:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, the almond flavoring and beat with an electric whisk.
2. Once the mixture is frothy, add the oil and milk.
3. Beat again with an electric whisk, then incorporate the flour a little at a time.
4. Add the yeast and mix again.
5. Finally we add half a diced peach and mix with a spatula to distribute it.
6. Transfer the dough into a 24cm diameter cake tin, greased and floured, and level it.
7. Cut the rest of the peaches into thin slices.
8. Place the peach slices on the surface of the cake, arranging them like a petal starting from the outside.
9. Sprinkle the cake with a little sugar and place in the oven and cook in a fan oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
10. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool a little, then cut into slices and enjoy our delicious peach pie!
