i think balmond if farmed well is solid. But when your team is losing, he cant tank much. And I do agree, cyclops played really well to deserve the buff (teams should do this really) 😂
I would say if tank jungler is still a thing, he would make a tier S jungler. But in current assassins meta, i would put him in B tier. It all depends on enemy’s draft. With the current buff, i think he’s more effective in the EXP lane
