As a Grimsby fan, I’m actually quite surprised we have the lowest budget in the game. In reality we were taken over a year ago by a couple of decent businessmen and we are buying players where others aren’t still. A few criminally underrated players on that team but always the way with FIFA in the lower levels. We have actually spent more time at the Championship level in our history than in any other League, we were consistently a 2nd tier team until 2003 then we fell of course. Good video 👊🏻

In my first ever manager career, I used grimsby town cause they had cool jerseys and I wanted a rebuild. I signed daniel jebbison with the entire transfer budget (65 ovr 79 pot ST) and turned him into a beast 93 ovr. Grimsby town will forever hold a place in my heart

Please rebuild Gillingham, we are truly rubbish and our downfall for the last 20 years has been unacceptable for fans and managers who have come and go. We currently sit bottom of League Two after only being relegated from League One last season. We have new owners who look to be much better than Paul Scally and are giving the fans what they really want. I think it would be an amazing rebuild and a monster that people will enjoy.

I’m from Grimsby, Ontario, Canada, so I always do a rebuild with them when they are in league 2, 4th division

You know what the best manager rebuilds are, ones done in football manager because the whole point of Football Manager is that "You are a manager." The appeal of FIFA games is being able to play as the teams and actually just play the game on the pitch. The management aspect of the game in FIFA is a lot weaker than Football Manager. I would heavily recommend if you want to do rebuilds, use Football Manager instead of FIFA and it will be way more fun because in FM, randomly you could get the best Fijian player in the world and he could be a starter for your team.
As a Leicester fan it was a pleasure to see them doing well unlike irl

Because although Grimsby has an awful squad they have 2M as their budget, while some teams in the Portuguese first division have smaller budgets than that.
Anyone else remember Morgan Rogers from the realistic Bournemouth rebuild. He had a cracked +15 on loan. Was just watching that before this

The funny thing is mcatee was at grimsby then Luton bought him then loaned him back and then he went back on loan and jarred then bought him back to grimsby

I think a better playthrough would be, can you win the Club World Championship in Football Manager with Western Sydney Wanderers, cause this basically means in your group stage you need to top the group of 3 teams and basically you will face off against teams like Flamengo, Manchester City, Liverpool, America(Mexican team), and you will be basically one of the weakest teams. I managed to do this with a team that started in the Norwegian First Division below the Premier Division called Sandefjord and the Goalkeeper was a hero and we basically beat Liverpool, Manchester City, I think we also got lucky cause we drew a Portuguese team as our top tier club in the group stage.
That would be a good idea
