Wow!!! Very informative
Highly informative it helped me a lot to know how to do an oil change!
@@anaitzelhuerta Thank you! I'm glad I was able to help!
Great video!
Thank you! I appreciate it.
Great video sir. I have always changed mine by way of the oil drain plug just below the filter. Makes a mess and oil gets under the deck. Poor design for sure. Would be nice of there was a 4” nipple that could be installed in place of the plug. Guess I never thot about just draining it out of the refill tube😏Old school meets new school…..thanx, be safe, and God bless😁
No problem! I appreciate the kind words. I believe they make an oil drain plug extension for that drain plug so it doesn't make a mess. Drainzit I believe is the manufacturer/brand, you just need the correct fitting to thread on where the oil drain plug used to be. I might buy that part and show how to install it/use it in the future! Take care and God bless.
@@alexyhuerta10 Just ordered one😁Stay safe my friend👊🏻
I would clean mower first so grass doesn’t get in the engine
Yeah I agree, would probably be a good idea to use the blower to clean it off first. It didn’t cause me any issues though.
Thanks man
No problem! Thanks for watching the video, I appreciate it!
Great video do you rate this as a good engine im lookingcat buying one ate ttgey goid starting and running
@@Murphy-1066 it’s a good engine, just a bit underpowered compared to the kohler 200 and 224
Do you have the part number on this maintenance kit?
Yes I do, its Stens 785-640 Engine Maintenance Kit, Kawasaki 99969-6150B. Heres the Amazon link also: www.amazon.com/dp/B009S98NBC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
Linked is the kit that I bought, I also changed the spark plug and the air filter as well with that same kit.
Nope you are going to fill the muffler with oil they have a drain plug on the bottom on the other side of the engine
I know they have a drain plug but it would make a mess on the deck. I didn't have any smoke coming out of the muffler when I started it after the oil change though. Regardless, I might invest in a Drainzit so I can do the oil changes quicker and less messy.
Oh. Man. Thanks for Your Comment. I was getting Ready to Tilt Lawn Mower and for Some Reason I looked at You Comment. I used the Drain Plug. Thanks Again.
