There’s no storms forecast for northwest Indiana all week soo
It’s a difficult pattern to forecast but I assure you there’s near daily rain chances by this weekend into early next week, but many dry hours are expected.

Wisconsin is on the northern periphery of the ridge of high pressure. That’s where you usually look for severe wind-producing thunderstorm complexes this time of year.

We have a 0% chance of rain on Friday in MN, and only a 10% chance every day through Saturday, the 20th. Of course, that can change, but right now they're only forecasting heat until Tuesday, when it cools back into the 70s for us.
There will be a few rounds of severe weather possible in Minnesota during the weekend and early next week. There will be plenty of dry hours, but an hour here or an hour there of rain will be possible almost on a daily basis into next week.

The weather pattern may support mesoscale convective systems more towards the Midwest between Saturday and Tuesday. It's not out of the question that Ohio could experience one or two of these mesoscale convective systems, but overall, the best overlap of moisture, instability, and wind shear should occur just to the west.

Not right now. It appears the most widespread severe weather potential is west across Iowa, Wisconsin and parts of Illinois.
