When designing this kit we designed all new Adjustable Clutch arms for the primary as well as a new Spring.. The secondary we tackled the helix as well as an all new secondary spring read all about it at the link above.
Why did we design new adjustable clutch arms? Its real simple they allow for more adjustability to make that absolute perfect setup, The stock arms are well sub par and just dont put the power down like our clutch arms do. We have dyno results in this video to proove it.
Our ECU Tune has been Dyno tested, Field Tested by RNG him self " WE ALL KNOW HOW HE RIDES " and dialed in for optimum performance and engine Longevity.

I’m a amazed at how the windshield stays up with all the bumps

My 2022 800xc did the exact samething but the dealer checked the codes and the motor went out in the eps.. only had like a little ovee 200 miles on it when it went..luckily the warranty coverd it and it was over 2 grand to fix...
Hey bud nice content !! I have a question tho. Do you lose a little on top end or top speed with those clutch kits ? And what kit should i get ? I got an ecu tune already and i ride just like you ! Only trails no mud. Thank you

Im planning on buying a cforce 1000 gen 3 and in Norway they are electronically limited to 65,2mph when road legal. So I won’t get 100% power if I want it road legal. I could tune it but it becomes an issue with the insurance and so on, so i won’t do that.
If I buy one I would like to get the clutch kit as well. But would this limiter affect anything you think?
I’m planning on using it as a commuter so will be mostly asphalt and gravel use. What spacers size do you recommend for best stability?

Man that looks like an animal. I have the 1000 and I'm curious to see how it would feel with the clutch kit, I've already got an ecu tune and it's an animal, can't imagine with clutch kit. I have encountered one problem though, when I go on your website to order the clutch kit and put the location in Europe to Romania, It says that it is unavailable to calculate the shipping price for that product
It’s wicked. You’ll have to use a 3rd party shipping company. We have allot of folks in Europe that do that. You’ll absolutely love the kit for sure.
Dude first trip out with our new 24 950 sport and the damn sway bar bushing bracket just fell off somewhere on trail, found one half of the bushing and some how the bracket itself was just sitting on the control arm when we got back to camp... really dont feel like bringing this in for warranty work and be down another machine for who knows how long..
That would be a dealer issue for sure. Just take that away bar off. It will ride much better

That sound of clutch when you release the throttle is awful... I guess thats because no engine braking anymore with the kit?
I’m using the non ebs helix that’s why it’s releasing. The bearing is what you hear. We also offer an EBS helix so it won’t do this. When you click on our link and go to our clutch upgrade we give you the option to get the EBS or NON EBS helix. The non EBS still offers engine brake but it’s not agressive and does release allowing you to drive fast and coast down hills it depends on your driving style for wich helix you’ll want to choose. Me personally I can’t stand engine braking. But allot of people love it and that’s why we offer both options for you guys to choose from. why does your temp gauge look max on the zforce
It’s at 4-5 bars been like that since new. 3 dealers and CFMOTO say it’s normal. I think faulty gauge.
@@R.N.GPerformance Since the waterpump was replaced and the base gasket leak after was fixed. I did overheat it to get out of the woods. Three bar is the norm now on my unit. Hot or cold weather. I check my coolant level out now before every ride as I am rebuilding confidence out with it.
Same unit as yours now at 1600km. 400km after repairs
