    Great video! But I have a question. Does the sleep have to be in one session? Is sleeping six hours a night + having a one hour nap as good as sleeping 7 hours at night?

    This video was very misleading I came to see how you would program minimalist workouts im a huge fan of yours I thought you'd mentioned ladders, death by format or something new...so I'll always like a video but don’t put a title up and talk about something completely different
    1.Sleep
    2.Nutrition /no processed foods
    3.Move more

    I have ladder workouts its not good for mass better regular sets or myo reps sets but only pull ups dips push ups

      If you push the first set to failure every other set on the way down kinda acts like myo reps/rest pauses
