The FRONTLINE FIGHTERS feel ABANDONED: the complexity of rehabilitating VETERANS | Gwara

After almost a decade of the Russo-Ukrainian war, veterans continue to face challenges in reintegrating into society. Fighters still hear phrases like, "Why did you come back? Hasn't the war ended already?" To ease rehabilitation, veterans unite in associations, providing support for their comrades transitioning from the front lines to civilian life.
This year in Kharkiv Oblast, the "Veteran's Helper" project was introduced. It involves individuals assisting demobilized soldiers in adapting to peaceful life. These helpers can be veterans themselves, their family members, or relatives of fallen defenders.

Щиро сподіваюся, що про цю організацію дізнається більше військових і зможуть звернутися зі своїми питаннями, бо ті борюкратичні митарства, з якими зіштовхуються учасники бойових дій, демотивують і неймовірно втомлюють.

Я думаю,что надо добиваться от верховной рады,что бы узаконить все возможности ребят после военных действий.Что бы все имели помощь,особенно те которые нуждаются в этом.Должны быть достойные зарплаты и они не должны оставаться ,как бедные родственники без опеки государства.На войне воины отдают здоровье и силы свои защищая интересы граждан и поэтому нужна комплексная защита их прав ,а не только обязанности.
