thank you for sharing your walking tours, I got hooked on one of your walking tours in Bangkok, Thailand... now you are my favorite tourist channel on youtube. many success to you.
I enjoy your videos very much. Have you ever found yourself in a dangerous or uncomfortable situation ? Where did you feel the least wanted or were treated the least friendly ? Thanks
Hi Kees Colijn, How can i call you? Colijn? Hey man just to tell you that i have enjoyed another film of you. I don´t know the way you do the recording but it sounds like a professional movie with the best camera-man in the World. Congratulations again my friend. You are giving me the chance to know many Cities in the World where i don´t know if i will have a chance to go. But with your movies i can learn even about their culture. Thanks again my friend for sharing with us this great film. Thanks and GOD AND LORD JESUS BLESS ALL OF US!!!
Hi MrKhalsa55, Thanks for your msg. I really enjoy watching such a kind of culture films. And that guy is doing very good ones. Enjoy New York my friend. Kindest Regards from Brazil!
Interesting as always, but perhaps not the best and most interesting parts of Hanoi. I was there last month for almost a week and walked quite a bit. Thanks for all the videos!
Hello again, really enjoying the 'walk' in Hanoi @ the 28min. mark. Nobody does a video walk like you. Your videos are the best! The ability to visit this great city from my recliner is something I could scarcely have imagined back in 1970, when I was a 19 y.o. Cavalry medic, serving in Quang Nam Province. I would love to 'walk' in Tam Ky like I did back in the day! Thanks much!
Colijn, you really like walking into dirty streets...LOL...just kidding...keep up the good work....btw, do you map out ahead of time where you will be walking or is it just random walking where ever..
After watching you in Saigon and immediately watched this video it appears Hanoi is not nearly as friendly as Saigon or am I just interpreting it incorrectly. In this video there we so many more people giving you looks and most not very friendly ones at that. You doubled up on this video as the last part is the same as the first half? Enjoyed it though.
Thank you kees, very interesting.I have watched a number of your videos in Asia, but would appreciate you stopping on occasion to look at the various goods on sale ,many thanks.
How developed is Vietnam today Vietnamese people say they are much more advanced than Thailand They say they will overtake it soon. Want to know if it really is How much to develop
Different feel from HCMC. Quainter, quieter, slower, more drab, and frankly, poorer looking. Much more capital investment flowing into the south than the north I suppose creates this imbalance? People just appear to me to be livelier and happier in Saigon.
You see you can't even walk on the sidewalk to many shit and motorcycles.you can get hit while your walking on the road. The motor bikes seem not to care if they hit you or not. They seem to over take the road. To busy for me.
I love your walking tours. It gives one a real feeling for the city. They are remarkable. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much for your videos and your channel. The most interesting videos ever!.

Went to Hanoi last year. Beautiful chaos.
as chinese thank you .you express every city common street and make people know each other.
You explain it all so well
Were you lost in The Truck company at from 7:00-10:00?
wrong turn
Fascinating
It looks so chaotic. Have you seen any accidents?
And those streets were wet and muddy. Were you wearing boots?
Pardon me if I'm wrong but it looks like every other motorcycle is trying to mow you down. :-/
Nice video! Hanoi looks very chaotic (especially compared to Tokyo and Seoul) but interesting.

No Vietnam is very safe ;-)
Keep walking , when you feel tired , go to sleep , good night :)
Este é o meu primeiro comentário. Tens muita coragem de filmar numa cidade com trânsito desordenado!
Oh! my house ^^
That little girl @37:30 thinks she's being stalked.
Thanks for interesting trip

Everyone of those motorcycles should be ticketed that is parked on the sidewalk. Its for pedestrians to walk on.

Why are Asian cities so dirty? Southeast Asian cities are a notch above Indian and South Asian cities though.
