Glad you brought up rentals since I'm in an urban area where rentals dominate.
One thing key to rentals though is neighborhood videos since proximity to key amenities is important. Proximity to public transportation, shopping, postal, parking, and parks are all strong points for rentals. And if the broker has multiple rentals in the same area those videos can be reused.
Any thoughts on how to add that as a service?
Its not something we do in Melbourne as the rentals budget from owners is always tight. The closest thing I have done is a suburb profile video so they can use it for any rentals or sales for that suburb. Price for those are around $600AU
@@reviewprodigy At $600AU I can see that's a bit pricey. I was thinking of a much lower price at $100 since this would just be quick mostly single gimbal shots showing they exist. All within 2 blocks of the rental so good be done in under an hour.

the $5 increase per year is a pretty good rule of thumb to increase each of your service.

@@reviewprodigy I think 1 AUD is .67 USD so US pricing would be 2/3rds. Of course, the market itself may vary by region and the price of typical properties.
