With due respects please help me understand. The long term solution is registration and strict regulations. HOW IS IT PREVENTING CHILDREN FROM DYING,WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE STILL IN THE SPAZA COMMUNITIES, ANOTHER CHILD DIES!!!
