I must say the topic chosen is very good. However, the two speakers from Japan were almost just reading from scripts they prepared in advance; this wasn't a real discussion. I think it would have been more appropriate to invite a partner from China. Japan has almost no good practices in this area (to put it bluntly, zero). Anyway, thanks to McKinsey!
