I’ve learn so much from all three of you especially when it came to the different ways of eating , PREPARING the watermelon. Here in Texas it’s SIZZLING HOT THAT IF TRYING TO preserve strawberries cucumbers tomatoes chiles,GRAPEFRUIT,Oranges, different kind of chile peppers, cabbage blueberries,blackberries I would need to get me another fridge or build a walk in cooler. TEXAS IS JUST TO HOT. My aunt in Idaho does that every year and has shelves around her kitchen of different vegetables, jams tomatoes the whole year round because it’s very nice and cool and allows her to preserve a lot of what they grow .
