This sudden death is a shock to the world, and we'll miss you. You are now singing for a higher authority, but you'll never be forgotten. Truly sorry for your family.

Thankfully, I got a chance to see her in concert years ago before she departed this earth. I am still in a state of shock that she's gone. I like this! Feeling the composition and the lyrics. We lost another beautiful angel that can't be replaced. I grew up listening to R&B in the 70's,80's and the 90's. Except a few artists today R. Kelly,Eric Benet,Ledisi and some others, no one is holding it down. She was just gifted and talented. Sure the drugs was a problem but even the drugs didn't rob her of her voice. I know her family,friends,fans and I miss her so much!

I saw her back in the 90's at Constitution HAll in Washington DC, She opened for the group Surface! the girl could Blow!~ she would have had a bigger career but she sounded so close To the great Chaka Khan~ it was hard for her to truly get her props! RIP Ms .Vesta !~
