Some minecraft series are fantastic, but they are not meant to be realistic simulations, while theses videos are very cool and well designed but don't give the same enery a 4hour long RyanNotBrian video give you.

I am really impressed at how much military accuracy is in these stories. Hollywood can’t seem to get it right but these folks can. What ever veterans you have helping with this series are doing great!

I like how the aliens in this series feel more real than 90% of scifi species in most media.

I mean, not really. Sure they might be more realistic than some, but there are things that just don't make sense about them. For instance, them being able to breath on Earth and not being killed off by diseases that they have no immunity to. How about the fact that despite coming with advanced space travel, and some pretty powerful weapons, they don't have any form of combat aircraft at the start or orbital weapons? I mean, they could literally just drop metal rods on us and it would have similar destructive power to low yield nuclear weapons, and would be pretty simple technologically. And no matter what the atmosphere and gravity is like on their home planet, they could probably develop some sort of air craft, even if it struggles in our atmosphere; however, the fact that they are totally fine breathing our air and don't appear to struggle with Earth's gravity, tells me that their home world is quite similar to ours. Oh and being quite humanoid in nature doesn't make much sense to me either. Most likely alien life will be quite different from Earthly life, even if it follows the same basic laws of biology. Honestly, these "Elves" make no sense at all.
@@eternal7912 im not sure if destroying a planet u want to stay in is a good idea, even if u do it for something as cheap as metal. But ye unless their home planet was very VERY similar to earth they should not be how they are presented here, like even if the gravity and everything was exactly the same, them evolving to a humanoid shape would be a 1/fart'n'shitillion chance. I doubt they would even evolve a conscience, instead having something we could never come up with.
This has got to be my favorite of the "I survived" series. Whoever is helping write this has some actual military experience and a fair understanding of ordnance and explosive effects.

I think most stuff on streaming services is either to watered down( not straight to the point) or way to over produced(Netflix) on an insanely huge budget and fails to make me feel anything besides being bored.

"I survived Nuclear War" has the potential to just keep going. "I survived WWIII" will probably get a few episodes out until either the war ends or the nukes fly. "I survived the invasion" feels like it'll have the least, maybe one to three more tops. I'm hoping all three series get seen through to the end, love them all!
Also the i survived the plague could go for maybe 300 days

I love how you interpret them as a "not so advanced that we cant beat them" kind of aliens, brings some realism into it! Keep up the great work.
Not really realistic; it’s just designed for more artistic effect. Any alien species that have mastered interstellar travel to the point they could send across a invasion force would not send out their forces d-day style with no cover.

I'm really excited for part two if there is going to be a part 2 with this series, this is amazing and I love that you use your prior military experience to go and put out realistic firefight scenarios. I would love to play this as a strategy/tactics game. Maybe resembling XCOM 2?! But with more strategy decisions, base and economy building.
You should check out Terra Invicta. It's made by the guys that did that Long War mod for XCOM.
I Love Love Love these "100 days" series. In my youth I served as a Cav Scout, just like the nuclear war protagonist and was later transferred to the 1st Infantry just like the hero of this series. It's like they picked my brain!
I dig the novel concept of an alien invader who're grossly incompetent. 🤭

Harry Turtledove wrote a series of books with the same idea. Aliens that had ships that took hundreds of years to cross the vast gulf of space, outfitted an army that would have wiped out the 12th century world their last scouts reported on.

You know I love these "I survived 100 days in blank) videos.I hope they make a new episode or a whole new one every few weeks so that they can still stay true to their history/science format.If anything I just hope that they don't make to much of these so that they don't get stale overtime,but even then I love these videos and I hope they make more.

Never have I engaged so much in storytelling but this.. Feels like what would occur if it does happen and I really love the world become ally as one to defeat common enemy trope. It's very fascinating!! Pleasee update more I love it!!
I would assume the US would have launched EVERY missile it could and as fast as if could to take out as many of the alien aircraft as possible before landing rather then not to save missiles for later????? That doesn't make sense to me, as what if we didn't launch 3 times the amount at first to save missiles for later to just find out that the aliens were able to take out our depots of missiles supplies......or had something that would make our now saved missiles un-operable for us to use after their first landing attempts.....since we don't know the capabilities of them and how long we could even survive, we MUST launch as many as possible and fast as possible once they come into the missiles range. This video said we took out just 74.....maybe we could have taken out 100 plus which would have obviously been better for us to fight against (less numbers) just think of all the missiles the US has and anti air capabilities.....(Not including nukes) if the US decided to say F it, we don't know what can/will happen if they get to land and we (the US) just launch literally EVERYTHING we had(not nukes) at the landing aircrafts......would it be wild to think that maybe we shot down, 140 to 200? Leaving only just over 100 rather than almost 300.....

Its a rehash of harry turtledoves worldwar series where aliens invade earth during WWII. Still good though.
This is my favorite 100 days series so far, cannot wait for day 200, and props to The Infographics show for their awesome storytelling and animations

I’m on the fence with my legs on the skeptic side when it comes to whether aliens have visited Earth or not. But let’s say they have: there’s a really good chance they took a long look at us and decided it would be wiser to NOT contact us. Especially considering the risk of their technology falling into human hands. It’s already crazy enough here without alien weapons.
Maybe they don't contact us because theysee how unstable the planet is with war and threats of nukes and how unified the world is.

Guys, this is excellent. Whom ever at Infographics came up with the idea to create a series like this should get promoted $$$$!!! Genius!!
I've read a book where it was described like next:
- Big ship appeared on orbit of earth.
- Ship fired a laser gun in Sahara desert and in one second created in the middle of it 'glass lake'.
- Aliens told that they will do same with one big city each month until their ship won't be at least scratched.
- After 10 cities with total amount of 50 millions of people were burned out and non of earth weapons were able to even reach ship surface Aliens spoken to us again:
"You are now part of our galactic empire, you will receive technologies to mine planets in your solar system. We will return in 10 years and you need to provide us this list of pure materials. Percent of not gathered materials would be equal to percent of people which will be destroyed."
End of book.
The moral of story is that when someone is so advanced that he is able to move though galaxy than earth, which population didn't even colonize earth moon, are not even close to match their superiority.
It’s funny to think that him and his team has to plan an entire intergalactic warfare, all of the weaponry, a new species, and everything else. Keep it up!

This one is so good, I really like it that it somewhat believable if we were to fight alien with not that much technology far from us. I'm eagerly waiting for part two right now.
I'm very impressed with the "Empire Earth" sound effects, throughout the fight scenes. I used to play that game with my father back when I was a child.

I really liked this one. It made me think about the reality of an invasion like this. Their tech may be 100 years ahead of ours (which isn’t much) and their resources would be limited to what their generation ships could carry. Well done!
@Churdle T. Can you imagine 1922 Great Britan trying to fight even against the weakest nations? They would get crushed. 100 years is an eternity and things are moving far faster.
