i don't think people realize how strong smelling salts are. they're used to wake up unconscious patients in an ambulance or hospital. when i was like 12 my paramedic dad asked me if i wanted to smell one and it made me sob from how strong it was. y'all are insane for willingly smelling them lmao

Sitting next to your date is weird imo. My wife and I sit across from each other if we're on a solo date because it's easier to have conversation that way.
My first thought was sitting on a bench and the weight being on only one side causing it to flip. It's so dumb. And don't you want to be face to face so you can have a comfortable conversation without having to turn your body???? If it's just my bf and I, we'll sit across. If we're with other people, ofc we'll sit beside each other.
That's what I was thinking, like you have to turn your head to talk but across you don't have to
@@tessn1114my wife and I both have ADHD so eye contact sometimes makes having a conversation harder because it distracts us, so sitting side by side and having a conversation is very easy haha.
@@TheRockLobsterMafia and for me it's easier to talk when I'm not sitting across because I can get uncomfortably nervous at times when talking which is easier to shrug off when I'm not making eye contact, which might make things even more awkward if she's right in front of me and I'm constantly looking off like a cartoon character in a comedy.

I grew up mormon and can say without a shadow of a doubt that man is 100% mormon. All of the pictures have the look to them, and it's pretty normal for dudes to say shit like "I'm only attracted to men because it's a test from God" and then proceed to marry a woman and have seven kids with her.

Re: the first one - I grew up in Lynchburg, VA aka where Liberty University is located (the school that the girl and her husband said they go to) and I 100% thought this was real because 100% that is how A LOT OF LIBERTY STUDENTS FOR REAL ACT and yes most of them do get married extremely young. There’s a thing on campus called “Ring by Spring” where the (mainly girls) are trying to get at least engaged by the spring semester (I’m not sure what year in college they want to be engaged by but a lot of them get married wayyy before they even graduate). It’s super weird and they are the worst about infringing their beliefs on regular old people in the town that want nothing to do with their weirdness. Also the former president of LU and the son of it’s founder, Jerry Falwell Jr. was ousted from his position a few years ago bc he liked to get cucked (his wife and him had like a long-term “relationship” with a supposed Pool Boy; they used to take him on vacation with them for uhh…sex purposes, and he blackmailed them and then released all the details of their affair LOL

Ordering for her off the bat is crazy, ordering for her after she’s told you what she wants (especially if she has some awkward addition/alterations to the dish that she might otherwise be too polite to mention is actually really sweet.
I’m British, and sadly it’s a thing. I know Americans don’t have that hang up, but my wife would feel super uncomfortable asking for alterations/substitutions and really appreciates it when I do it for her.
