Dear Ravi Chander, Smart band has inbuilt 3D Axle sensor in SOC (system of Chip) board. which calculate 3 dimension movement of yours... Calculate the average step taken in certain distance covered. When speed of movement is more than Human basic movement(it starts dropping and guess as vehicle movement.) Mobile also work on same principle with added more refine application in it. GPS tracking is used for different purpose in phone.

I got my watch put it on the charger and it showed it was charging. When i took it off the charger it went black and i can not get it to power on. Is there a reset or something?
Looks like battery has the issue, its not charging or able to provide power to Board. Kindly get it replaced if under warranty. If out of warranty - change the battery pls

My watch is very hard to turn on. The touch button seems to at the top of the watch screen, not the bottom and I press and press but nothing happens. I will try more but I think my watch is faulty.
Its serial number (Mac is just a name). IT may or may not display in watch menus. Please scan bluetooth devices from your mobile. Phone should be able to detect under bluetooth.

Dear Franco, This looks like faulty/loose wiring connection from battery to board. Which creates power loss for a moment causes reset the memory and restart the smart band.

Sparking Green light is for BP/HR sensor light. Kindly switch off from automatic BP/HR testing from application. If still sparking, kindly restart the band
