  • Join me on a snorkeling adventure near Weeki Wachee Gardens, North from Tampa, Florida.
Gulf side of Florida doesn't have a coral reef like the one in Florida keys, however, occasionally one can still encounter marine life rich environment even in the Gulf. I was lucky to stumble upon an area with lots of the marine life and in this video I will be sharing some of my findings
    0:05 - Brain looking coral.
0:12 Big black sponges 1-2 feet in size with an opening at the top, that had honeycomb structure.
    0:30 Bay scallop.
0:40 Blue dots - "eyes" - at the edge of the scallop's shell
2:10 Good view of the black sponge
3:15 Huge black sponge that looks like a chair
4:45 Lizard fish in a hole.
    5:55 Puffer fish
