There are no hands on the steering wheel. I guess the coach is driving by remote control. I been to sweet Budapest twice and not once did I see any coach driverless.
In Hungary (in game) you can find a ton of wind turbines, only problem with it that the Hungarian government didn't give permission for it since 2006-8, and they taxing since this year.
