It's interesting to note that even though there are large sprawling parking lots just like an American shopping mall, this is counterbalanced by the structure itself being covered in soil and greenery. We ought to build more indoor shopping malls like this. Vulcano Buono is definitely one of my favorite malls, architecturally, for its attempt to build a "greener" shopping mall. I could see it as a form of "climate-adaptive" architecture, given that soil and greenery doesn't heat up as much as concrete.
