The Experience D level you played was uploaded in an earlier update, but was updated in 1.9. The update was never finished, so only a small portion of the level was changed to have 1.9 deco.

1.9: Wave game mode is introduced; 2 new levels, 2 new songs to vibe to. (also, this was the update that added custom songs!!)
2.0: Robot game mode is introduced; 3 new triggers, 1 new orb, 2 new levels, 2 new songs to vibe to; I started playing GD in the early times of this update. (Also, the first vault was added, and from here until 2.1, many new objects were added.)
2.1: Spider game mode is introduced; 1 new trigger, 5 new orbs (including the toggle orb), 1 new pad, many of today's objects were introduced, 1 new level, 1 new song to vibe to. (This was also the update that added gauntlets [fire, ice, poison, shadow, lava, the bonus, chaos, and demon], daily levels, chest room [1-key chests], 2 new vaults/chambers, 2 shops, and a brand new type of rating: the epic rating!)
2.11: 7 new gauntlets (crystal, doom, magic, time, spike, monster, and death), 48 new chests (5-key chests), and weekily demons! (I registered my account in GD in August of 2018.)
2.113: GD mods now have a mint-green text color when they comment, leaderboards were updated. (I ended up placing in the top 30,000 players, but that soon changed to the top 20,000 players.)
That's not even accounting all the times the leaderboards were updated, the types of styles creators built in, the hardest demons throughout the ages, etc. (Also, in the one with the demons, there is actually a Stormy video on that btw, but I think you might've already known about that.)
Anyways, that is the entire history of Geometry Dash in my own words! :D
These levels remind me of the more "classic" version of Geometry Dash. It's like a trip in the past seeing levels like this.
It's always satisfying seeing top creators improving

When you press load comments and see the top comments usually you can get a pretty good idea of when the level came out, itll only say years but its close enough to what youd want.
