Manners and decency...the fact that you had to point it out shows how uncommon these traits are nowadays. I had lunch with my boss and coworkers one day ( all 7 of them white men) two of them were addressing everyone at the table except for me (the minority female). Those two avoided including me in the conversation verbally and non-verbally. When I spoke they tuned me out by looking at their phones, down on their plates or off into the void also by beginning side conversations smh. I assumed they were racist. Both were undeniably rude and dismissive.
