Question: How many stems do you typically use in one rounded vase with a round opening? I am struggling to achieve the look and am getting frustrated! And, how many vases with floral stems should I limit in one room such as the living room? I like so many looks I worry I’ll have too many in one room! 🤦🏻♀️
I usually use 2 or three, depending on how full they are. I would say maybe just limit to one or two arrangements because then it can get a little too busy to the eye. Hope that helps 🥰

Hi! Question about your home body book. Is yours a true cream or linen color? I have this book and my friend does as well and ours is a grey color. I wasn’t sure if they come in different colors under the paper jacket or if it’s just your camera angle and yours is grey too
Hi! Mine is a true linen beige color, I have noticed that the color changed for the more recent books. I purchased mine over 3 years ago so Im not sure if thats why mine is a linen color. Hope that helps!

You didn't say how big the hole on the back of that lamp.. but you can use that drywall repair ,and then blend the Spackle to match the lamp and then paint
Its pretty small! I did think of that but I love the texture of the lamp and don’t want to ruin it 🥲

Use some joint compound on the lamp to reinforce the cracked areas and just re paint it nobody will know!

I love all your looks they are beautiful great job but may I give you one tip when using a clear vase with water when you bend the stems over it gives a fake look to the stems instead of bending them if you want a realistic look they need to be cut
I completely agree! I use my stems in different vases so I am scared to commit to cutting them. I wanted to still show the idea of using a glass vase though 😊

I should say one of your favorite lamps because I know all of your DIY lamps are gorgeous. I'm so happy you were able to put the pieces back together again. I’ve had vases/lamps come broken and I’ve glued it back together, then used spackle all over to cover the cracks, sand then paint. Didn’t have to throw it away! 😉
Never thought to use spackle!! Im afraid to cover up the beautiful rib detailing so ill probably just leave the cracks, gives it some character 🤭❤️

Love your beautiful styling ideas! For your broken/repaired lamp, you could just try resurfacing the cracked areas with some spackling so the cracks no longer show then repaint it with either matt spray paint over the whole thing or sponging on whatever neutral seems closest to the color it currently is. You could also repair the hole with the same stuff, but just stick some masking tape or a patch over the hole then add the spackling over it. You lamp will look like new again :)

This video was right on time, I was recently in Hobby Lobby looking at stems and felt so overwhelmed with all the choices. I left with nothing! This video will help me narrow it down. Really loving the lavender stems and the branches. I have 3 console tables in my home and love to change up the decor for all the seasons. Hope you are well, good luck with the new baby!
