    ---~~~----~~~----പൗലോസിന്റെ സവിശേഷതകൾ
Rom 1:8-10 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.
Paul had many deep revelations of Christ. It is worth learning about some of his virtues/qualities. He wrote 14 epistles.
Of those one of the most foundational is Romans - speaks of topics like justification by faith. Vs 8 onwards reveals certain aspects of his character:
1st point: Vs 9: He was a man of prayer. His ministry was supported by prayer. Acts 9:11 God asked Ananias to go to see Saul, for he was praying. His eyes were blinded after encountering God on the way to Damascus, and as he was praying, he saw a vision of a man coming in and touching his eyes and then receiving his sight. God himself testifies of Saul/Paul - he is praying.
When he prayed he bowed down to the ground. Eph 3:14,15, For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus himself fell down, bowed, and prayed. Praying on our knees brings about astounding results.
When they came to arrest Jesus, they fell backward on the floor. Because some moments earlier he bowed down to the ground and prayed.
Acts 9:22 Prayer on your knees will silence your naysayers. Acts 9:22 But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded (silenced) the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.
Our laziness during prayer is why many of our blessings are blocked. Kneel and pray with reverence, complete realization of whom we are talking to.
Acts 13:9- Because of the power of prayer, the evil magician was blinded in an instant when Paul condemned him.
2nd point: A man who worshipped. Worship not as a ritual, but in Spirit.
Rom 1:10 Worship must be in our spirit.
    Phil 3 3: God’s Spirit leads us.
From these two verses, we see that our spirit and God’s Spirit mingle to worship God.
But the Spirit dwells in our body. How to treat this temple of the Holy Spirit? How will true worship arise?
Rom 12:1 Offer our bodies as a living sacrifice
Luke 11:36 Our bodies must be full of light
2 Tim 1:4 Serving God with a pure conscience
Who can enter the church? Those who are pure, with a clean conscience. Do not harbor anger or hatred against a brother and pretend to worship.
Do not worship other ‘gods’, offering tithes in other places.
Ezek 5:11 Surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy ‘detestable’ things, and with all thine ‘abominations’, therefore will I also diminish thee; neither shall mine eye spare, neither will I have any pity.
3rd point: A Paul who witnesses Christ. Many who were with Paul in the ministry testified. But more than man’s testimony God Himself testified.
1 Thess 2:5 - For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloak of covetousness; God is witness: He never deceived or flattered people for money
1 Thess 2:10 Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe: Our behavior must be in line with what we preach.
4th point: Paul had a generous heart
5th point: Paul always sought God’s heart/will. Did not rely on human advice to make decisions
6th point: Rom 1:8 - Paul was a partaker of spreading the gospel.
