I hear you and understand. It’s different for everyone depending on physical mental emotional aspects and what you came here as a soul to learn and heal. Perhaps suffering can instead be looked at as a way to develop spiritual backbone and learn to integrate all aspects of oneself into wholeness? I believe it also helps to know that we are not alone in this intense process.💜🌎
