This house is nice also. I don't know if it's the camera angle, but I've noticed in a couple of the homes the doors that lead to outside areas appear to have a lot of space from the floor to door. My concern is rodents or any uninvited creatures. Last question, are you able to open the bars from the inside? Thanks.

Can I just ask, I've seen so many beautiful houses all over Africa. And I really appreciate all the people that take the time to show us on UA-cam all of these houses. But for the life of me, why isn't something done about the roads outside these beautiful houses?
Unapologetically ask! And it's not just Rwanda...Come next door to Uganda; Homes in pothole-infested zones! Taxes do not work in Uganda!
Rwanda is a new country, most of those neighborhoods you see were forests until 2000
New developments and the governments are crap so if your developer doesn't put one u and ur neighbors contribute to build one. Rwanda government is good though compared to most
in south africa is different we do development of roads and water system b4 we build houses.by the tym u build water and road is in place they give u rules on how not damage the already installed infrastracture.

These houses are nice but there is one problem that I've noticed at least for me. The houses are to close together. Do they have any with a little more land? Equivalent to about 1 acre for example?

Nice floor tiles but the green paint is a no no, white or light gray would complete that faux marble tile. Also, the ceiling kills. Too bad there are no designers there

Question unrelated to the house. What are you guys doing for school for your daughter? Can you do a segment about the schools there or are they online like the US schools? My friends niece was educated at a boarding school in Nigeria. When she came to the US for high school in preparation for college, she was able to skip 2 grades. Just curious.

If you don't understand the economics, were Africa has been, were it is at the moment, then I would strongly suggest you take a pause. Africa may not be for you. Like I said at a different place, I would not like anyone to make any hasty moves.
