    I bought an old Proform off Marketplace,
    $50! It’s literally almost two decades old but works great and has incline. Best find ever! Now I’m looking for a bike. 😍 great video! Thanks Sage.

    A good workout Sage. I just finished an indoor Zwift Duathlon. 10k run, 44k cycle and 5k run to finish. A good way to get a good workout in when it’s icy outside.

    Lol love your sense of humour! Man your head is close to hitting the ceiling! I personally hate the dreadmill but perhaps one day I too must embrace the pain cave, no fan, furnace room, and a spot on the wall!

    Hey Sage, great video as usual, many thanks. My favourite on treadmill is steady (slow) pace on increasing incline e.g. +1% every 2 minutes until I can hold it. I'm just reading your book (and enjoying it). It would be great if you could devote one episode about your memories of that time with the Hansons and talk about your old teammates Brian, Chad, Nick, Drew etc. Are you in touch with any of them? Best wishes.

    With out zwift I couldn’t make it for more than a mile but with swift my longest is 18 miles

    i like descending ladders with 1/2 length recoveries, starting slower pace like tempo for the longer intervals, then 10K and then 5K efforts etc as the interval gets shorter. But I also like doing track workouts for dialing in pace.

    At times I’ll start at 5% for 1 mile. Then bump up 1-2% each mile for 4-5 miles.

    Hey Sage I notice you are sweating quite a bit but don’t seem to be getting much on the actual treadmill when I have run at home on our treadmill I get it soaked Which I’m sure it can’t be good for the belt just curious what precautions you were taking to avoid this if any. Dehumidifier? Windows down there?

    On a side note, a fan would help a little bit but the worst thing on treadmill is the room temperature. Personally I feel everything above 20 C is killing hot.

    I joined a gym last week so that I could run on a treadmill when it gets too cold outside, sadly gyms close today due to the pandemic. Oh well, maybe they will reopen in a few weeks.

    Hey coach can you give me one training advice. I been trying to run faster on 5km but my hearth is at his max. My legs can run faster and has stamina, also breathing is ok, but hearth cant pump any faster, so how can i train my hearth to go from 3.48km to 3.30/km where is my goal? Thx and Merry Chritmas

    Yay on a treadmill nay on a treadmill at only 15% incline. That’s not serious incline but incline for a hobby jogger. Need to get serious and be a true serious runner, sage.

    At 15% incline you'd be hitting your head on the ceiling...
