You work to hard getting fit and healthy only for it to be derailed medically for using synthetic vitamins. They are laboratory produced using the lowest and I mean LOWEST form of the actual vitamin with no nutritional value. ALWAYS go with natural when I comes to choosing vitamins. I, unfortunately, attended a funeral with my husband over the weekend in Memphis. It was a quick turnaround, too. We merry up with his family at the repast and took some food home. As we crossed the Tennessee/Arkansas state line, a few miles up, we saw a wolf. It was standing on the side of the freeway.
