you can kill the whales by ether drowning them, Or by shooting a projectile into it's mouth.
(By the way whales are mammals so they have to come up for air, so you could get into the whale and grab it's uvela thing and keep holding onto it so the whale goes backwards so it can't go to the surface. YOU SHOULD PROBABLY HAVE SCUBA GEAR FOR THIS)
