I've been a transit fan my entire life, I've been searching high and low for any Neoplans that might still exist. Last I've heard there's a few still in service down in Louisiana. Now that I'm an operator for SEPTA I will make it my mission to find one.
I’m kinda glad that I worked on that day, seeing the photos posted by a member from a FB transit group made it clear that I didn’t missed nothing since it’s nothing but a bunch of Xcelsiors, the only good thing they had is D60HF and possibly a red Gillig, other than that, it’s nothing but Xcelsiors, so nothing of value was lost
This is Just up setting! all SEPTA Care is to look at themselves for the future!, they used to have fun stuff like Trolley reapaints and more, and ad Wraps on Trollies, and now, Its now modrenizing itself!
I will forever love SEPTA but it's come to a point where I don't think even SEPTA really cares about anything at all. The one time I actually planned to go for the first time and something told me, "change your plans.. not worth it".. now I see why. It sucks to say the least; especially now hearing how they're not preserving any buses, which that in itself is just sad... just really, really sad. Makes me wonder, does SEPTA ca- actually, nvm they don't. It's clear as day

I was there yesterday (6/25/2022) and i was like Nah it's wasn't the same. But over the past years was alot of fun back than unit now.
