- Finding your objective can be a complicated mess for actors. There's literally thousands to choose from right? But what if there wasn't? This week, we are talking about the six archetypal objectives/tactics that an actor will ever need in their work. We'll also talk about how you can use these actions to make fast and efficient choices in auditions and when your rehearsal time is limited. Additionally, we'll break down how to use an archetypal action to find a specific objective or tactic from the core action being used and how to defeat the actor's worst enemy, "The Little Intellect" by asking the right question.

Should I read Michael Chekhov's book before starting all this?
I've been doing this primarily for beginners who may or may not be interested in pursuing this further. Reading the book is a valuable step, but does not necessarily need to be your first.
