Hey fellow parents and travel enthusiasts! It's Tara, and today I've got something super special for you - my first-impression review of the WayB Pico Car Seat. If you're all about making travel with your little ones easier, you’re going to love this!
👶 First Impressions: Right out of the box, the WayB Pico impressed me with its sleek design. But it's not just about looks - this seat is compact, with dimensions that make it a breeze to handle: Coming at only 8lbs and folding up to 11.6" W x 14.5" L x 1.8", this car seat is a game changer for travel.
✈️ Setting Up in Seconds: You know that time is of the essence when you're traveling, so I'll show you how I can get the WayB Pico set up and ready for my toddler in no time.
🎒 But do I need the fancy bag? The official WayB Pico bag has quite a hefty price. Let's see if we really need it.
💰 Save Your Pennies: Let's talk pricing - quality comes at a price, but I've discovered a trick to help save some money when getting your hands on the WayB Pico. Stay tuned for my money-saving tip that'll make both you and your wallet happier. Link here: myaccount.albeebaby.com/mod_m...
📏 WayB Pico's Fit and Safety Requirements: When it comes to our kids, we don't mess around with safety. The Pico is crafted for kiddos who are at least 2 years old, a minimum of 30 inches in height, and weigh between 22 to 50 pounds. It's important to note, however, that this car seat is only a forward-facing car seat and CPSTs recommend to rear-face a child for as long as possible.
🛫 Travel Made Easy: As a parent, I've had my share of travel tribulations. I'll tell you why the WayB Pico will be new go-to for flights and road trips alike.

🌟 Just dropped my latest video on the WayB Pico Car Seat - it's a game-changer for travel! Lightweight, folds up tiny, and a breeze to set up. 🚗✈Not sure about the official bag though... it's got a price tag. 🤑 No fear, though! I've got a trick up my sleeve for scoring the Pico without breaking the bank... well, ok, breaking it slightly less.
Check out the video and if you dig the tips, smash that like! 💖

Great video. Thank you for the proper demonstration. Just one question, is a 2.5yr toddler comfortable to nap on this car seat while driving? Do their heard tilt forward or are they rested well on the sides? Thank you!

      I'm glad it was helpful!
That's a great question - mine *can* fall asleep in it without her head falling forward but she doesn't usually because it doesn't lean backwards (meaning it's less comfy for sleeping purposes). When she does fall asleep, though, she is turned to the side with her head resting on parts that swoop forward a bit. I think about it as equivalent to airline seats that sometimes have a little bit of the headrest you can pull forward.
So, to answer your question, the seat is rested on the sides but not WELL rested on the sides. Does that help?

Did you find a backpack that fits it but isn't $95?

Unfortunately, not well. It obviously fits in those giant backpacks that are for car seats but that sort of defeats the purpose of having the nice, small car seat in the first place. I ended up buying the J.L. Childress booster seat bag (link below) - it's pretty thin and doesn't have backpack straps but it works! I end up carrying it on my arm or just sticking it under the stroller so it works!

Oh! I just saw that they're doing a sale at Albee on both the car seat and the backpack. If the backpack is a must-have for you, this might be the time!
