As someone that just start the game a month ago, I would say Nicky probably the best to start with (ofc Vero is the second best). The fact that you get 1 extra ticket help alot for a new players to max character WITHOUT sacrifice the gold run.
A way of thinking about NPC's that might not be shared by many. Hoever while recording i found veronica to be the most useful to start out with. Since Guild items are weekly instead of the infinite that is of the other items such as Lomans Artifacts. But Loman or Vero both are great choices. Enjoy!

Its okay if vespa won't buff them but i hope getting their UW WAAY easier will be great. So player can choose they want a fast 5*uw heroes but kinda weak they choose npc heroes, if players want a strong 5*uw, then they whale on that hero (the non npc)
Well then they all be replace by unknown heroes who has better than them But honestly from all the character newbie need, I recommend Talisha and Loman, they don't really need high * , and the most thing is Talisha Dungion buff which mean 140 ruby for 3 hours is totally worth for newbie and then Loman discounts help you collect Atifacts faster since most of them are greatly improve DPS and easy to use
the NPC give boxes give appx 801 friendship per 200 rubies this works out to appx: 24969~ rubies per 100,000 friendship. Not 36k like you said in the video also while Shakmeh is good for some content, he lacks ATK down, doesn't have the party wide dmg reduction/shield, and doesn't have near as much CC as Loman does I'd say that Loman is still the swiss army knife of physical tanks

Having a 0 invest tank that can even give u a lot of P/Mdef from just S4(with ut4) even without having any gear he really takes the cake for me earlywise. Loman is a way higher invest character imo. However id still pick loman over shak in Galg
Tweh, could you make a guide for top artifacts for DPS, Support and Tanks to include which content (WB, Eclipse, TM raid, Skakmeh etc) is best to use each top artifact. I didn't find you already having one. I'm sure there has been many updates to them and also many new characters if you already did. It would be greatly appreciated and useful.
if you're only building her for sky then i'd rather just build a gremory. She's good to invest in for a sky 5 clear if the main DPS is an archer/assassin/mechanic that cannot clear it but for high sky gremory is way easier to build and performs better in all content talisha would be used in. Plus once you are done your main dps in sky you'd be moving onto flow and then earth so it'll be a while until you do sky again (i guess you can go for max invest estelle but a max invest fallen frey/secondary dps is more valuable imo)
Getting the extra stockade ticket is definitely useful, especially if you haven't T5'd all the chars yet. In your case, it doesn't matter since you have all the chars. I think all the NPC buffs are useful, except maybe Hanus for the ASpd bonus, but a maxed Hanus is ridiculous in PVP, right? It's too bad it will take months or years to get the 5*UW for any NPC. I think if I had max an NPC first, I would go with Cain, since he seems to do well in PVP when maxed. Wait, but you adore Cain, your 10K char? (Chase is the 100K char of course). You just showed off using him to win LOH earlier.

Yeah, it's lame. So many NPCs used to be useful for something but now they're either extremely niche in pve, or pvp only (or just not used at all). Anyways, yeah, I agree, Veronica is probably the best one to start out with now. There's just too much she gives a discount on. Plus she's actually useful for some content at low invest. Really hope Vespa takes a look at NPCs heroes here in the near future; especially May. Heroes that are harder to get and build than normal heroes, yet are also worse than them most of the time doesn't make any sense.

Time up...it's limited edition costume only available when a new hero is released along with its fancy costume for 10x summon draw and you'll need atleast 30,000 crystals to clear the rewards to unlock the costume as the final one.
