So glad you threw some love to KinkySweat's channel. Her in depth review/comparison video is what helped me determine whether or not I bought these (which I skipped out on). *side note* I NEED this eye look.
Really...How do you use them? I find a brush much better than with the doe-foot. Although I still run into issues. Crinkly or patchy, although super long lasting . I think she needs to tweak the formulation slightly.
What stopped me from buying these at launch was my difficulty deciding between the shades. So I kept waiting for more and more reviews to come in and I did notice things I didn't like (difficulty with precision, issues touching up, looking duller as time went on, shifting to just 1 other color instead of 3+) so I decided to hold off on purchasing. Especially because I never use single shadows or liquid products. Now that you've given this review, I'm firmly deciding not to get any for certain. Based on what I already thought and what you've said, it just wouldn't be a good fit for me and my makeup style. Thanks for reviewing it!
Glad I am not the only one that feels disappointed by these your not missing anything on the iridescent ones either the iridescent one is only good for inner corner or using eyeliner brush to use it to like outline the crease. Yes 1000x% Natasha Denoa ones are so much better they do great over powder shadows.
Oh wow, you're honestly the first beauty related YTer that actually uses that Sephora silicone applicator! I LOVE that thing!! I use it all the time to apply shimmers, especially loose pigments. It applies THE BEST, even better than finger application, and you use such ittle product when using it. I don't understand why more people don't use and recommend them! I hate that Sephora stopped selling them. 😭😭 I remember when that particular set was on sale for $4, I ended up getting a few. They're very sturdy, easy to clean, and a huge staple in my makeup tools; my tools aren't complete without it. I've never tried it with liquid shadows, but even here, that one applied the most evenly and the most pigmented so it's good to know it even works well with liquid since I've only ever used mine with powder shadows. Anyway, I got excited when I saw it, sorry, lol. I just wish more people knew about them as they've made makeup life so much easier and nicer! Even my crappier shimmers that I never used because they were dull or hard to apply actually look really good when applying with that tool over glitter glue. It's just made me go back and retry a lot of my makeup again with 100X better results!!
Thanks for saving me money! I was hesitant to try these because I have such bad luck with liquid shadows on my hooded, watery eyes. I think I'll stick to powders.
I’m distracted the entire time by your inner corner lol. So beautiful!! I got a cheapy silicone applicator from elf for like $3 & I’ve used that sucker so many times lol.
Wow, this is YOUR color, no doubt! I personally didn't like Denessa Myricks products. I am too old for her very full coverage foundation, especially because all shades are neutral/warm/yellow. Cream colors did not interest me. As for Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment, I had only one colour -obsession and it is beautiful , but not really a Multichrome. I thought I am done with Denessa's products, but you are real temptress! There is no way this blue will look good on me, but I am on fire!!!!!!! Please make a tutorial of this blue look as soon a possible!
Thanks for saving me money just saw these on the Sephora site and as I do looked them up any suggestions for something better since this has been a while
That’s exactly how Danessa uses them. Although one shouldn’t need another product, especially at this price point , in Canada we pay 10 dollars more per shade, which makes these prohibitively expensive . I never use the doe foot applicator as it puts down too much product, even when one cleans off the the excess; I much prefer using a brush to ensure a thinner application, although I still run into issues like patchiness. The shades are truly beautiful ,but I personally think she needs to tweak the formula. It’s too finicky to work with, as long lasting as it is, it’s too crinkly in the current formulation . My 2 cents.
I hope to find soulmate or a similar shift in a pressed metallic (not textured) formula in the future from somewhere it's very very tempting but I've just never had luck with liquid shadows
Thank you for this! I've been eyeing the DM Twin Flames in "Forever", and am pleased to see that one scored "least worst" in your experience. 😾 I am completely new to multichrome shadows, and in fact am only very recently starting to learn how to apply makeup so it enhances my appearance instead of aging me an extra 10 years, and am now in that phase where I want to try everything. Have you tested the new(?) multichrome pressed powders by Lethal Cosmetics? I'm homing in on "Dark Matter" after watching your video where you did a fantastic look with Karla Cosmetics' "Lights Out". I also picked up a couple pastels (expanding on my customary "mudtones" color story) to attempt the look you did on the other eye in that same video and am relieved to report that it was not a complete wreck!
I just got 2 of these in the TrendMood box #10. They're bith iridescent ones, in shades "Young Love" & "Passion" and this whole box is definitely worth the money to me. I think they're still available. Cost about $45. I think these shades may work out better because they are iridescent. I do have a couple of the Natasha Denona ones and a few Stained Glass collection bundles from Clionadh. But this is something different than what i already own. ♡
I have 2 from the trendmood box and I like both. Those are newer shades she just added. I have used those over eye shadow because the 2 are more topper. I like them personally. I swatched both on my hand and had a heck of a time washing it off but applied over eye shadow it was easier to wash off. I am new to multichromes so me liking any of these, I really have nothing to compare those to so my opinion may not even matter lol.
I'm not too impressed with these. If I want a multichrome liquid shadow, I would go to Larina Makeup for them. Of the 6 you have, I prefer the ones with the translucent base but I wouldn't buy any of them. Soulmate was the prettiest, I thought.
These are so sad to see! I was really pumped about these and I don’t even do liquid shadows but now I’m like nope ehhh don’t need it... I did really like that blue you like but I’d rather save my money for clionadh!!! I ain’t sure what’s all over your eyes but it looks amazing on you and I’m all for it!!!
That blue is just marvelous on you--it really makes your eye color pop!
Thank you!!
Thanks! Love that you not only give us honest reviews and showing how shades compare ❤
i've been interested in these for a while, so happy you've reviewed them! i'm going to skip and save my money it seems
I have all of the twin flames. The white based are my favorites 😍 I like the light texture. 👍
It’s so nice to hear your honest opinions! Thank you for a great video and showing how they apply! ❤️

I NEED this eye look.
i was really digging to that music! also beautiful multichromes to my fully untrained eye😂😂
Same. I was thinking that they were gorgeous and then Milly said "there are better ones out there" and I just went "really?! :O" lol
@@loopyshroomy6739 totally😂😂
I have all 15 shades - I am glad I didn't sleep on these. I absolutely LOVE them!!!
Glad you like yours!

You made the right decision to hold off!
Seriously! Girl you're so good at this, you are literally the only review I saw that could get these to work!! . Its changing my mind😭😭😭
Milly, please give us a tutorial on your eye look! It’s so pretty!
Agreed. I wanna see how it came to be.
Maybe 🙈
That eye look is divine!

So glad you said about having oily hooded lids, I do too and assumed I couldn't use these liquid multichromes.
Going to try the Natasha ones I think!
Thanks for saving me money just saw these on the Sephora site and as I do looked them up any suggestions for something better since this has been a while
Thanks for saving me that coin, Milly!
💯
Another great review.
I think it’s full because it’s meant to have a colorfix glaze on top, which gives it more of a glossy finish. Looks better that way I think

Very helpful video!
I tried the liquid multichrome but I just don't use them enough. I think powder is the better option because they last longer
And easier to use!
I love your eye makeup and your earrings!! You look so ethereal. What’s on your inner corner??
Hey Milly, if you use the Denessa Myricks clear glaze over these it brings out the shine.
I hope to find soulmate or a similar shift in a pressed metallic (not textured) formula in the future from somewhere it's very very tempting but I've just never had luck with liquid shadows
Yea same! Im gonna be on the lookout for a dupe

Can the formula be placed over eyeshadow.. or worn alone? Thanks
Over matte eyeshadow, yes. I wouldn’t put this over a shimmer shadow
@@badtothebrow cheers that for the heads up😀👍… take care and many thanks!

Are you planning on getting of the makeup Maniacs liquid multichromes
