Except for maybe the inner part of the upper arm because the skin there is really sensitive but the rest should be even for low pain tolerance ppl like you bearable haha honestly you should just go for it and chose a simple or small design and then you will know if you can do more or bigger stuff or where your limit is. A small tattoo only takes about 1-2 hours so even if it is bad pain wise it’s over quite soon haha
