    "Henan Steamed Vegetables" reflects the pursuit of Henan people for the most simple and original taste of ingredients. From locust flowers to sesame leaves to potatoes and carrots, almost any vegetable can be steamed to retain its most natural flavor, and when paired with crushed garlic and scallion oil, the simple taste is unforgettable.
    "Henan Steamed Noodles" is a seemingly ordinary noodle dish, but it contains the taste of home. The noodles are steamed and then stir-fried, and cooked with vegetables such as beans and bean sprouts, and each bite is a continuation of traditional cooking techniques.
    Puyang's calling card is "Puyang Zhuang Bun", a giant noodle dish known for its unique production process, rich taste and characteristics of fighting hunger.     果然不出我所料,播主果然吃不完,不過丸子湯的確很上頭,估計喝了一碗大概就漲肚了,蒸菜是我必選的,真的拿肉都不換,季節的不同有著不一樣的蔬菜或野菜,我也很喜歡吃野菜,一份五塊錢就能吃飽,畢竟還有添加澱粉,只需再一點調味料即可,大鍋菜我也很喜歡,最主要真的能當主食,我煮的時候會加點紅薯粉條,蔬菜是必不可少的,而我是加五花肉下去炒,用自己熬的豬油更香了,不過每次煮了一大鍋往往都吃不完,家裡人口比較少,很難拿捏份量,店家還提供饅頭及熱湯,對於食量大的人真的很適合吃大鍋菜☺️💝💝

      @@估單晨瑄 蒸菜我没吃过,想尝尝。大锅菜可以随性发挥的,估计每个人做的都会有些区别的。我也是放红薯粉条,日本很难入手,我买的是韩国产的,一堆韩文,根本就看不懂,哈哈。也会放炸豆腐和面筋,海带,冻豆腐。白菜或高丽菜选一,胡萝卜用来搭配颜色。您家不是人口少吧,您谦虚了,宠物不算哟,估單女侠,哈哈哈哈哈,我今天把你往死里得罪了,别骂我啊,哈哈。

    蒸槐树花,我印象中我奶奶做过,味道没印象了,太遥远了,貌似只吃过一两次,因为城里面树上要打农药防虫子,得赶在那之前,所以要看运气。如果要我选的话,估计是大锅菜了。我自己也做,很好吃。

      我們這裡好像沒有槐花樹,至少我沒有看過,看視頻有的包包子或者是餃子,不過以包子居多,似乎有特別的香味,我還蠻想嚐試的😋❤️❤️

      @@估單晨瑄 我劝你还是算了吧。您试想一下如果要是好吃的话,我这种馋鬼会没有深刻的印象吗?在我的印象中那是一个没东西可吃的时候的苦难饭,和「树皮」,「观音土」属于同一档次的,另外还有一个候补是「榆钱儿」,但这几个我也从来没有吃过,也没有见过。槐树好像是不是只有北方有呀,日本好像我也没见过。
