Saving a pagan holiday which has nothing to do with Jesus Christ people really need to pick up their Bibles and read Jeremiah chapter 10, this is worshiping God in vain you can't add wickedness with righteousness good with evil it just doesn't work.

@@robinmusser5795 , Jesus Christ was not born in December, and nowhere in the scriptures did God request us to celebrate the birth of Jesus, the early settlers that came to America forbid such practices they knew it was wrong, it was the Catholic Church that brought this pagan doctor in, you worship God according to traditions of man and what man has taught instead of worshiping God in the manner in which he requested, when Moses led the Israelites to Mount Sinai Moses was called up to the top to appear before God he was up there 40 days but during this time the Israelites wanted to worship God but they could not see him so they made a golden calf and began to worship it saying that this calf was their God like a representation, anyhow this angered God because he did not request the Israelites to do this but because they did this God killed half of the Israelites that day. Moses's brother Aaron had four sons and they were made to serve in the temple, well two of the son's decided to take incense into the Temple to burn and God struck them dead because he did not request them to do that, God has a specific way that he wants to be worshiped but man thinks that they can worship God however they wish and this is foolishness, it's worshiping God in vain.

Jeremiah 10: 3-5 and other scriptures mention the decorating of trees and gold and silver ornaments that were pagan customs. It is idol worship. The yule log was used to ward off evil spirits. Wood of the Holly tree is used in witchcraft. The tree is worshiped and along with Santa, worshiped and adored more than God himself. Hebrews never celebrated birthdays and no where in the Bible does it say to commemorate the birth of Christ. He was born in October. As the false Christians through the years wanted more tithing parishioners in their church, they allowed them to keep many pagan customs to satisfy them to keep them in.
God made it clear in the Ten Commandments that idol worship is forbidden.
False Christians adopted December 25th as the birth of Christ because it was very close to the favored pagan celebration of the winter solstice, the worship of the sun, on Dec. 21st. Anything to keep the paying masses in their churches and of course to control them while they living off of them and making them rich.
Since God does not lie and is consistent, in which he is everlastingly reliable, if he stated 5000 yrs ago, 500 or 15 years ago that something was bad or that it offended him, we can be confident that He still feels the same way this very day!
In fact Isaiah 26:4 likens God to The 'Rock' and we can always trust in Him because His ways are immoveable.
His stability is so refreshing compared to the flip flopping corrupt leaders of today that can be compared to a Mafia running the world. Draw close to Jehovah God and follow the Way of His son Jesus Christ and you will be blessed into a promised Paradise earth in which as Revelation 21: 3-5 states that death, sorrow and suffering will be done away with! Try to find a political leader of today that can do that! It won't be found. Their concern for the general population is just the opposite of what Jesus preached.
And what's the topic of Christmas? A baby in a manger and a worshiped over decorated tree and whether or not people got the present that they wanted.......
