March of Mechanical Stepswitchers [MOD]

This is a mod based off of the arrangement GENERIC made around a year or so ago, I'm aware there are some issues but I started to get really burnt out from working on this and just wanted to be done with it, I also did not want to make the rhythm item and edit the text, and prologues and all of that as I really hate doing that stuff, hope you guys don't mind.
