Hope that I am hearing wrong. As I noticed that their performance comes to the last song “ road of resistance” the drum bit sounds a little out of bit on bass drum…. the double bass seems ok, but comes to single bass… maybe too tired for drummer 😂

After 10 years, why? Didn't they have success with the songs released in 2014 or was it more of a closed thing? I remember listening to Gimme Chocolate a few times, although I didn't get to know the band until now.

The babymetal girls are in their early 20's and have already had a long career behind them. Its kinda insane. I'm pretty sure the kami band members are a lot older tho
Yea I was there, and honestly I was on some death metal concerts prior but nothing came close to this crowd, like holy shit! I was so busy with all the moshing I didn't even really get to look at the stage and watch the band perform lmao.
Each time they are with EC on stage it appears we can see the REAL three young women. The smiles are brighter, the eyes more shining and bright, and at the end of the song... screw choreography, just 5 friends having fun on stage. That is just such a positive vibe. I super-love it!
I haven't gotten this excited about a band since I first discovered Metallica playing live many years ago. I can't stop watching them perform! BabyMetal is soooooo much fun to watch and listen to! I hope I can see them play live someday! Just pure Awesomeness! Just like that, they joined Metallica as one of my top two favorite bands ever!
@@omisokaomisokas5095 Great chance of them doing a colab with Metallica one day. Metallica were one of the first major metal acts to support them. A colab is not 100% guarenteed obviously, but still a very good chance if the thought ever crossed anyones mind on either side.
Never heard them until their collabs with BMTH back in 2020. Luckily i able to watch their live in Nexfest Jakarta a week ago. The energy was insane and remarkable moment. Now i am more familiar with their songs. Sugoi!
My favorite thing about "BABYMETAL DEATH" is the double entendre between Death and desu. Yes, theyre chanting DEATH but also "Babymetal desu" means "We are Babymetal" its such a cool little detail

The original Kami Band members were Hiroki Arai and Shiren on guitars, RYO on bass and SHIN on drums. They performed at 'Legend I' on October 6th, 2012, with a two song encore.

The two reasons I believe so are : ① Original Kamis like and respect the girls very much. ② American Kamis are getting busier and busier in their own bands activities. (We need two Kami Bands for the girls to back up) Next year is the 15th anniversary of BM. I hope there will be special concerts where original Kamis, Avengers, Chosen 7 and muscle sisters show up.

I saw BABYMETAL twice last year in Europe, Hannover and Hamburg. Hannover was ok'ish as the crowd was more into Lordi (1st on stage) and Sabaton (Main act), BABYMETAL sat in between. Funny how the audience accepted silicon masks for Jordi and the brutal stage furniture for Sabaton, but was irritated by BABYMETAL's appearance. The security was astonished when I walked out soon after BABYMETAL's performance, as I was not allowed back in. But I got all that I wanted. See BABYMETAL live. And a hoody. Hamburg was an awesome experience, as they headlined there, and Wargasm did a fantastic job to hype the crowd. And the crowd delivered to BABYMETAL after that. Awesome. That made me think where I was going to see BABYMETAL this year, and the only option was Rock am Ring, and I didn't go. Next year I'll be there.
Damn man ! I remember when i first discover gimme choco... I still closed minded back then and think "what the abomination is this ?" ... But after listened again and again i feel like "shit ! this is fun !!" And then i dive deep into the fox hole ! And love them so much !!! Their energies are top notch !!!! Gimme Chocolate was the song that introduced me to Babymetal, aswell. I didn't really like it back then and now, almost 10 years later, I still don't like it :) But I fuckin love Babymetal.
Suzuka grew up and became a power house, looking back when we all thought it was gimmick, it has been 10 years since I saw chocolate became viral on facebook. This band is serious and the lead singer is amazing.

おそらくSuのコンディションが良くない中、見事に立て直しまとめ切ったのは流石。他の二人が笑顔でSuを支えているのが伝わってきたし、演奏メンバーも含めて全員で戦っている感じが良かった。なんせ観客がぬるい演奏じゃノッてやらねえぜみたいな漢だらけ。それを沸かせるんだから凄い。Momoが正式加入してから本当にバンドの雰囲気が明るくなった

ROCK AM RINGのこの時間に登場し、後ろまで超満員の観客をこんなに熱狂させているのが凄すぎる。
もはや「日本人アーティストの中で…」という言葉が陳腐に感じられるくらい圧倒的なパフォーマンスだ。
激しく技巧的なメタルの演奏。その爆音の演奏に負けないSU-METALの美しく透き通った強い声と存在感が完全に全体を支配している。
更に全体のビートを加速させ、エネルギーを増大させるダンス。
中心にBABYMETAL3人がいて、堂々としたパフォーマンスは時に可愛らしく、しかしすべてをコントロールしているのが素晴らしい。
観客を煽り参加させるライブは日本の「お祭り」の要素があり(そう観客が主体的に参加出来るライブだ)、ストーリー性のあるダンスショーとも言えるステージは独創的だ。
観客も神バンドもBabymetalの3人も誰もが楽しそうでHappy!!な空間になっている。
何より信じがたいのが、すべての歌詞が日本語だという事だ。
Hellfestしかり、この奇跡的なライブバンドは欧州で完全に定着し「集客出来るアーティスト」であることがわかる。
熱い良いライブにただただ感動した。
2016年の時点でイギリス誌Kerrang！アワードの最優秀ライブバンド賞を受賞してますからね。もう8年前になる。

日本国内において、大物は誰かというと、
演歌だと北島のサブちゃんとか五木ひろしとかがいて、
ポップスだとサザンとかドリカム、宇多田ヒカル、米津玄師等々がいますけど、
仮に日本の大手メディアがベビメタを本気で取り上げて、
一般人と業界人が現実を知ってしまったらどうなるか。
仮に上記の大物さん達とベビメタが同じ番組に出た場合、
今まではベビメタの立ち位置は曖昧なものでしたが、
でも真実を知ってしまったら そういうわけにはいかず、
ベビメタが一番の大物ってことになってしまって そういう扱いを受けてしまいますよね。
ベビメタはさくら学院っていう「アイドルグループ」の
しかも「サブグループ」として誕生して、
年齢もみんな２０代と若くて とても大物と言われるような年齢ではない。

そんな、普通だったら軽く見られるような存在が
実は最も成功している超大物だ ってことになった場合、
おそらく大物さん達もテレビ局側も、そしてベビメタ自身も
もの凄く気まずいと思うんですよね。
それはベビメタの所属するアミューズもそうだと思います。
「なんか、うちのベビメタが大物過ぎてすいません」的な(笑)。
だから私としては、他アーティストや事務所のためにも、扱うメディアのためにも、そしてベビメタ自身のためにも
真実は知らされない方が良いのかな と思っています。
実際にベビメタに対してはそんな感じなんじゃないですかね。
「ベビメタには関わるな、そっとしとくんだ」と。

Suzuka grew up and became a power house, looking back when we all thought it was gimmick, it has been 10 years since I saw chocolate became viral on facebook. This band is serious and the lead singer is amazing.
@@lenslow7999 understandable... Gimme choco is not in my top ten as well.. but it is the one that introduced me to them... But tbh.. i like the instrumentations in gimme choco.. but my top 3 is still Syncopation, Akatsuki, Arcadia...

Ich habe Babymetal letztes Jahr in Hannover und Hamburg gesehen. Die einzige Möglichkeit dieses Jahr wäre Rock am Ring gewesen, aber leider gibt es keine Tageskarten. Hätte mir wohl egal seinen sollen, damn. Ich wäre gerne dabei gewesen.
Dann eben nächstes Jahr.
