I love Ikari at 200 points. The one thin I include in every ikari list is two desperadoes (your amazing bounty hunter conversion would make an excellent one - and its a great excuse to model another). Usually I take advantage of the cheap defensive core option and stick a brawler MSV2 sniper in with the Tanko. Doubling them up creates horrendous ARO problems for your opponent. The MSV lets you leverage the cheap smoke, and the Lu Duan is there to clear mines with holoechoes, make your opponent second guess AROs and the hilarity of shooting double heavy flamethrowers from inside smoke. Your druze and Karakuri are your specialists. I've had a lot of success with this one:

relatively cheap, and has most tools you need for a small assaupt pack
