Thanks A.C.S.F.C for posting both of these interviews together. That was so hilarious when she came out and jumped up on Steve! I wonder if she got "The Talk" from her parents about doing that after the show! And the pants straightening was so funny too. Truly, she is at ease on stage.
You're welcome, and who knows! Steve is a funny guy and he knows how to treat the kids - he's very good with them! He made her laugh which was nice to watch! 🙂

The only talent I had when I was a kid was for getting in trouble :)! It is wonderful to see kids with an inborn talent like that, it is like their life has already been chosen for them. Me ... I had to do a lot of picking and choosing and never really felt like I found my calling. But I do believe that work is the answer to almost everything, regardless ... always try to be and do your best!

@@marymd4855 I'm curious... How should an 11 yr old act on TV in an interview like this? Also keep in mind that how a kid acts on TV is hardly reflective of how they act in their lives off TV. I've seen many kids interviewing with Steve and they all seem to behave the same to me. Have you seen other interviews? What seems different to you?

The show actually ran 4 seasons, but it wasn't the same without Steve Harvey.

You don't know what she was taught. This was an informal, fun interview on a TV show featuring talented kids. I never heard anyone say "yes sir" in any TV talk host interview (much less one featuring talented kids), so why would she do that here? This isn't the military and she's not talking to a king/president. She was very respectful to Steve, and he liked her so much that he invited her to appear on the show twice (as you can see from this video).
