This is the best thing I've ever done for my feet! Highly recommended! I have found that moving my feet into different positions, allows for the nodes to massage in places that are not initially targeted. For example by flexing toes upwards, the arch is more aggressively massaged. Or shifting your feet as far forward as possible, and applying weight to the heel, you can target the heel with incredible force. I have studied reflexology, and can tell you, this massager has the ability to effectively substitute human interaction with your feet! I am also very happy that they made the pressure too strong, rather than too weak... It may not be able to completely replace a true, fully trained reflexologist, who targets specific organs in the body, but it can definitely break a lot of the crystals, that have formed in your feet!!!
@@love2smily make sure it's on the lowest setting! If it already is, it may take some getting used to. There are five levels of intensity, just make sure that it is actually working correctly and that it is lowering intensity when set on level 1. Also, it could be an indication of just how bad off your feet really are! It's like getting a deep tissue massage for the very first time. When you do, it hurts like no tomorrow, but feels much better after it's done....

I just got one. I almost fell asleep, relaxing it was wonderful! The one down side was that the roller for the heel could barely catch my heel (size 10.5).

I guess it's better to be too strong so you can set it to what you like. Just go easy ramping up the strength.

Hmmm, internally it's fixed position so all you can do is try to move your foot forward and back within the device.

No this unit you cant. This one does do middle of the foot fairly well.

I bought a foot massager not this it didn't come with the remote I wouldn't do it again you need remote or you have to keep bending down.

Slightly. After reviewing several other foot massagers, this one was still one of the best ones.

Not really as it doesn't squeeze the end. You have to just push your toes on the wheel instead.
