Friends of the Children-He Sapa hosted a 1-hour virtual webinar on Cultural Teachings of our Lakȟol' Wičhoȟ’an (Lakota lifeways). Richard (Rick) Two Dogs is a spiritual leader and interpreter of the sacred for the Oglala Lakota Sioux of Porcupine, South Dakota Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
