- Today we'll build a mobile cabinet for my PrintNC.
The PrintNC is a high performance, DIY CNC router. It's based on a steel frame to ensure rigidity and uses 3D printed parts to make assembly easy.
The PrintNC project is in active development and community participation is highly encouraged! You can live chat on the PrintNC Discord or head to r/printnc and ask there. Answers are fast and the community is quickly growing!

Oh man, I love how much you committed to the bit! Actually planned your shots and shaved your beard for the therapist character, that's solid. I also love seeing your PrintNC explorations, I can't wait to have space for one for myself eventually. It looks like the best CNC router for the money that I've ever seen
Thanks, i really appreciate it ❤️
Yeah, i am also thrilled what is possible with this machine
Such a new story telling method. I LOVE IT!! Great job man! Love your style!! :-)
Man I feel you. Im at the point that I realized I bought a shit ton of stuff to build a cnc router but the machine reallistically doesnt fit inside my house so Ill have to build a shed before I really get serious about the CNC router.
You're on a roll. 😁
Its painful to see such quality content and 2k subs… i hope you make it on here, you're pretty damn good at it
Oh, and happy cake day
hello friend, cool videos, where did you get the design for double linear rail in every axis?
Go to threedesign website or the printnc wiki, there you can have a look into the desing
4:29 so...
Yeah... cheap 2nd hand ikea, hahaha.
Another fantastic PrintNC related video! Lovely shout out to your wife too! I can relate to the ever-changing list of priorities too.
This is by far the BEST setup for DIY Videos, I love it. You also have such an awesome partner, made me melt!
Thanks for putting out awesome videos man.
Great videos, I can identify with the Catch 22 Physiocratic sessions very funny :-), I have a question, where did you purchase the caster feet for the table? Also the wide M20 washers for the Ice puck feet, great idea!
Wow, that could have been me! Exactly my thought process.
Love these videos... Absolutely hilarious. About to start building my 4' x 4' PrintNC here soon and will be documenting it as well!
Thanks ❤️
Awesome videos keep it up! I have a random question, how much does the printnc weigh by itself?
Story of my life. Are you my doppelganger?
I keep thinking the same 😅
Crocs and plasma together!!
How can I double subscribe?
4:26 you are drilling in your underwear!! How dedicated. Keep the updates coming!
Never thought anyone would see that detail 😂
I thought I was the only one who worked in my underwear! Thanks for not making me feel crazy 😂
5:48 is worth putting a 2mm rubber pad in there to reduce harmonic vibration into the stand?
Awesome channel! Good work.
Great channel! I am looking at building one of these. Did you use a larger gantry beam?
I used a 100x60 profile
I love your videos. Thank you.
Mhh...
I spy a surface grinder! The workshop is looking premium Christoph so the hard work and transient to do list is paying off. A very happy birthday to you!
You've got eyes like a hawk :)
Thanks Andreas!
🎉happy belated birthday 🎉
4:54 As the prophet AvE says: A grinder and paint makes me the welder I ain't
Damnit, I should have waited before commenting lol
This is epic!! I like how you present your project and appreciate the amount of effort you put in!! Super impressive!
8:30 ..... SE, bursts into laughter. Love it.. Keep being you!
next up is an ATC spindle, wont be long ;-)
do not lead me into temptation ^^
@@ChristophLehner 😉🫂 I have nice atc model on my channel haha
Fantastic series of videos! I can’t wait to see what’s next!! Go Hawks!
Can't wait to watch this when I get home 😅
Really GreatVideo and Happy Birthday!
Very entertaining. More print NC videos please
Ahh... Bob will not be happy with the 2.2kw Spindle 🤣🤣
Well done!
Bob is raging 😅
i love your vids man! Great one aswell, loved it
You make some great videos! Love to watch them! Keep it up! :D
Ohhh Boy you are so cool I love it you made my day ❤
Keep up the good work ❤🔥
Love your videos and the way you go about these projects. Started ordering first bits for my own PrintNC and am looking forward to building it (and using it eventually). Would be interested which spindle you got, currently doing quite a bit of research and am currently on the G-Penny "metal" water cooled with 2.2kW and 400Hz. Thanks and keep 'em coming. All the best.
I got the Rattmotor Spindle 2.2kW
I've checked runout and it was below 2um
Thanks, I saw you even had that in your video 🙈
I'm stuck overthinking my printnc table at the moment too. Are you ever going to add an enclosure? I'm trying to figure out if I should make the tabletop bigger to allow for that. Then if I should put the table legs out at the corners or bring them in so they're right under the router frame for more support. And if I should fill them with sand like some people do 🤔
If you only do.wood, its not necessary imo.
When doing Aluminium its very necessary 😅
Tbh. I am not a big fan of sand, i'd go with concrete
