I've figured out why it's called MAPA. I think there are two meanings for this. MAPA is a Tagalog word for MAP which guides and leads us to where we are supposed to go, also MAPA is a combination of MA(mama/mom) and PA(papa/dad), it means MAma and PApa are the ones leading us to the right . And "Lataratara" is "La Tierra Tierra" in Spanish meaning "The world". A lullaby song saying "you are my world" to their child.

And ma is like a shorter word for mama which is mom and the same thing goes for papa the shorter word is pa which means dad so i think the song means is that mama and papa is our guide in everything gives as advice and support on things that we want to do and leading as to do the right thing which is like a map. And as i said ma is a shorter word for mom and pa is the shorter word for dad so if you put together ma and pa it forms the word mapa which is a map the song is saying that our mom and dad is like our map in life leading as to the destination that we wanted to do and so the lyrics that is saying (wag magalala ipikit ang iyong mata tahan ako nang bahala pahinga muna ) is refering that we already reach our destination so close your eyes and take a rest dont worry anymore and let me take the lead this time and take care of you

I've watched a lot of reactions for this song and I'm actually in awe of how relatable this song is. It's very simple but it tugs really hard on your heart like how, I've actually never heard of a song that does that before, of course I haven't heard all the songs out there but I'm sure songs like this are rare

I've read in some comments that ken's grandma died and prior to the release of this song. And he couldn't even attend the funeral because of t the hectic schedule. I'm really not certain about this because I haven't seen the video of Ken being heartbroken in an interview.
