Alright so for the first reason why they can not talk is because they are on console (console players can’t speak for chat) or the chat feature is Disabled by their parents
i play the wild west on console, its the only reason i cant talk, also its hella annoying that on top of not being able to chat, i cant see what other people are saying either. so for me everyones just silent
