i wasn’t expecting to talk about my relationship/ issues with food in this vlog, but it just started coming out.
to be honest i don’t think i could articulate it as well as i did today if i sat down and made a dedicated video to it (which i’ve wanted to do).
i’m nervous to put it out there, but if it helps even just one person feel a bit less alone about their relationships with food then i know it was worth it.
i know this is spoken about a lot less with men, and especially dads.

I’m so glad you decided to come out with this because as a person struggling with anorexia the STRUGGLE IS REAL. My mum never thought it was but it is. And I’m glad you’re doing this for your kids because they always mean the world to you ❤️

I have anorexia, I understand how awful having a messed up relationship with food, especially feeling guilty about eating food feels. It's really hard. Sounds like our habits our different, I need to be less controlling about what I eat, low blood sugar has lead to seizures, fainting, being cold all the time, I could go in but don't want to be a Debbie downer. I'm so happy for you that your disordered eating is getting better because letting it get worse can really take a toll on your body, especially starving or making yourself sick
